- How many creations do I get for free?
- On the web you get one image without an account, and signing up keeps your creations. After that the free plan is up to 2 photo generations a day, one every 4 hours. In the app, and on the web once those are used, it is two photo generations a day, one every four hours. No card required. - What does Pro add?
- Six creations a day with no wait between them, 10 videos a month at full length and resolution, variation packs of up to four images per run, no ads, and no watermark. Compare the plans.
- I paid but the app still says I'm on the free plan.
- Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase — that re-checks your receipt with the App Store. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and include the Apple ID you purchased with. Check a web subscription on your account.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they're cancelled there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kitana. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period ends.
- Why is my video taking so long?
- Video takes a few minutes rather than seconds. You don't have to wait on the screen — tap Notify Me and we'll send a notification when the clip is ready. How Photo to Video works.
- A result came out wrong or objectionable.
- Tap the flag icon on the result to report it. Reports are reviewed by a person. Everything the app makes is AI-generated, and the model sometimes gets it wrong — regenerating usually helps. Browse the photo tools.
- What happens to the photos I upload?
- Your photo is used to make your result and nothing else. We strip GPS and other EXIF metadata before upload. The details are in the privacy policy. Read the Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my data?
- Email us from the address you'd like removed and we'll delete it. You can also delete any single result from your gallery in the app, which removes it from our storage too.
